On June 29, at the Batumi Center for Democratic Involvement, the Liberal Academy Tbilisi organized a workshop on “Populism and Anti-Liberal Attitudes in the Regions of Georgia”, to which representatives of civil society and the media were invited. The situation in our country as a whole, as well as the situation and challenges in different regions of Georgia, were discussed at the event.
The meeting was part of a project supported by the Dutch Embassy, “Strengthening Public Resistance to Populism, Ultra-Right Radicalism and Anti-Western Propaganda.”
The workshop was led by the head of the Liberal Academy Lasha Tugushi and journalist Zviad Koridze.
